You can easily adapt a chuck with a 1" internal thread for use on a lathe with a 1-1/4" spindle (1" - 8 TPI male thread to a 1-1/4" - 8 TPI female thread) by purchasing the 1-1/4" Adapter; or adapt a chuck with a 1-1/4" internal thread for use on a lathe with a 1" spindle (1-1/4"-8 TPI male thread to a 1"-8 TPI female thread) by purchasing the 1" Adapter. Precision machined steel for long wear; flats on the perimeter let you use a wrench for tightening. This product is 100% Made in USA.
